Broncs And ’Tonks began as a bold concept, fusing professional rodeo with the energy of a stadium country concert. With no existing brand equity and an August 2026 debut already on the horizon, the challenge was to build an identity from the ground up that felt credible to performers, sponsors, fans, and partners while carrying across merchandise, marketing, broadcast media, and a fully developed event website.
I developed a high-impact brand system built around the dual energy of rodeo grit and country music spectacle. The identity balances Western heritage with modern stadium intensity, giving the event a bold, ownable presence that can scale across signage, apparel, social campaigns, sponsorship materials, large-format displays, and digital touchpoints while still feeling cohesive, memorable, and unmistakably Broncs And ’Tonks.

The Broncs And ’Tonks wordmark was hand-crafted at the intersection of rodeo grit and modern country music culture, drawing influence from contemporary display systems like Bronco and Valley to create a bold, poster-ready presence. The accompanying “Guitar Rider” mark fuses both worlds into a single striking symbol, a bronc rider saddled onto a Fender Telecaster, the most iconic electric guitar in country music, rendered in a sharp-edged illustrative style and unified with a razor-wire inspired outline. The result is a logo system born directly from the event itself, where arena dirt meets the concert stage.

The B&T tagline anchors the entire experience, capturing the spirit of both the arena dirt and the concert stage. Short, direct, and built for momentum, “Ride Hard. Play Loud.” gives the brand a rallying cry that works across posters, merch, social campaigns, sponsorship materials, and the event experience itself.

From there, the identity expanded into a comprehensive rollout strategy, including brand guides for sponsors and third-party advertisers, promotional graphics, a launch video, radio spots, social media campaigns, merchandise design (t-shirts, hoodies, cowboy hats, belt buckles), and a fully developed event website.
The inaugural 2026 concert lineup features Canadian country music icon Dean Brody and award-winning duo The Reklaws, bringing national-calibre talent to the stadium stage. Their involvement signals the scale and credibility of the event, reinforcing Broncs And ’Tonks as more than a concept, it’s a fully realized live experience.
