I’ve been doing this for a long time. Long enough to know what works, what doesn’t, and where most businesses get stuck when it comes to their brand.
Most of the time, it’s not a lack of effort. It’s that things have been built over time. A logo here, a website there, different directions along the way. It works for a while, but eventually, it stops reflecting the level the business has reached.
